Product Introduction: The ZY350BK two-roll open-type centrifuge with two-roll recirculation design strictly controls moisture to improve fiber quality. In certain production environments, the moisture discharged from open centrifuges can affect the relevant parameters of rock wool products. Zhuoying has combined the advantages and disadvantages of open and closed centrifuges to develop the ZY-350BK. This centrifuge uses a combination of closed-type (1# and 2#) centrifugal rollers and open-type (3# and 4#) centrifugal rollers, which greatly reduces moisture discharge in the production environment. Simultaneously, the center of the 3# and 4# rollers is sprayed with adhesive, promoting uniform sizing during the fiber formation process. These two synergistic effects improve fiber quality.
